2. In view of the subsequent events, relating to the submission of application by the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to prosecute the application.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions also dismissed.
