Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse Rs.2,07,024/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment underwent by her by considering the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.01.2024 within a stipulated time fixed by this Honble court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse Rs.2,07,024/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment underwent by her by considering the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.01.2024. 2/5

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
