ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his online complaint dated 04.07.2023 and issue a Non Traceable Certificate.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and found that the petitioner had made certain false averments in his representation and hence, the request was rejected. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to communicate the rejection order to the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said rejection order, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
