Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to compute the petitioner's husband's 50% nonprovincialised service period as NMR under the 3rd respondent with the provincialised service period for calculating the full pension period by endorsing the same in her husband service register consequently to made suitable recommendation to the first respondent to sanction the full family pension along with the arrears from the date of her husband retirement from 30.04.2005 as per the G.O.Ms.408 Finance(Pension) Department, dated 25.08.2009 and the Rule 11(4) of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1978 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2013 within a period stipulated by this Court.
