By relying on an order dated 13.10.2015 of the District Revenue Officer holding that the land in survey No.1599/9 was duly assigned to the petitioner, the petitioner submitted multiple representations for grant of patta. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the petitioner's request and pass orders on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 within three (3) months from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
