PRAYER: Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to permit the petitioners to amend the prayer in the above writ petition as - To issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent, pertaining to his order in proceedings in Pa.Mu. Aa3/8601/2022 dated 03.10.2023 on his file, and the records of the 1st respondent, pertaining to his subsequent order in proceedings in Ni.Mu. M4/1480247/2023 dated 04.09.2025 on his file, quash the same, passing such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. By this amendment petition, the petitioner seeks to amend the relief claimed so as to assail the order of the second respondent. The order of the first respondent was issued pursuant to the order of the second respondent. Therefore, it is appropriate that both orders be assailed.

petition being allowed.
3. Therefore, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the main Writ Petition.
