Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.H.3/25276/2025 dated 06.10.2025 received on 14.10.2025 and to quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Permission is granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is given liberty to avail the revisional remedy set out in Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 before the government. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
