By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks to restrain the first and second respondents from conducting a survey at the instance of the third respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the third respondent filed W.P.(MD) No.2727 of 2025 without impleading the petitioner and obtained an order in relation to the conduct of a survey.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He points out that the third respondent herein was directed to submit a fresh application for a survey and that such application has not been received till date. If such application were to be received, he submits that an inquiry would be conducted after issuing notice to the petitioner herein.

4. In view of these developments, the apprehension of the petitioner stands allayed. Therefore, by recording that the petitioner 2/4

would be put on notice if an application for a survey were to be received from the third respondent herein and that the petitioner's objections in relation thereto would be considered, this Writ Petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
