The Writ Petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 27.01.2011.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that final order has been passed in the disciplinary proceedings and resultantly, the order of suspension automatically got revoked. He has made an endorsement to the effect of withdrawing the writ petition.
