O R D E R

By relying on a partition deed dated 07.04.2025 and patta Nos.68 and 1165, the petitioner seeks a survey of lands in survey No.38/1 of an extent of 13.58 cents and 38/21 of an extent of 13.58 cents. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to schedule 'F' of the partition deed and submitted that the property in survey No.38/1 was allotted to the petitioner's share in respect of an extent of 13.58 cents. He also refers to patta No.1165 in respect of survey No.38/21.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered after issuing notice to the other legal heirs of Arumugam and the owners of relevant adjacent lands.

4. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue 2/4

records relating to the property. Therefore, a case is made out to consider this application.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the other legal heirs of Arumugam and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
