ORDER

The petitioner has come before this Court challenging the entry of the petitioner's registration before the employment exchange as lapsed.

2. The petitioner has completed S.S.L.C during 1988 and passed +2 during 1990. She obtained Conductor licence during 1991 and she got registered with the employment exchange and the code allotted to her was 371-40. Every three years the employment exchange registration has to be renewed. Subsequently, the petitioner completed diploma in Electrical and Electronic engineering in April 1995 and got it registered. She has been regularly renewing it during December 1994, June 1998, June 2001, June 2004, June 2007 and on 28.06.2010 and the next renewal was in June 2013.

3. When the petitioner wanted to renew the registration

through website, the website communicated that the petitioner's registration got lapsed. If the petitioner's registration is lapsed, the seniority of the petitioner obtained from 1991 would lapse. Therefore, the petitioner has challenged the entry made in the Register stating that her registration got lapsed.

4. When the matter is called today, the learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the communication, dated 23.07.2013 stating that the petitioner's registration with corresponding educational entries has been restored and the registration number is NGD2013F00016958. The said order is also said to have been received by the petitioner. Since the petitioner's grievance has been addressed by restoration of the seniority along with the educational qualifications entry, there is no necessity to pass further orders. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
