ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 127 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. 2.When this Court expressed that the point raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the impugned FIR was filed on26.04.2025, the respondent police have not filed the final report sofar and that the petitioner's right to speedy trial is violated.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.127 of 2025 and file a final 2/4
