ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police 1 and 3 to provide adequate Police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
