By relying on a registered Will dated 10.07.2014, the assertion in the affidavit that the petitioner's father passed away on 14.07.2017 and patta No.5921 in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner had applied online for a survey of his lands on 22.07.2025. This Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and acted upon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records evidencing his interest and rights in the said property. Therefore, a case is made out to initiate action on the petitioner's application.

4. For reasons aforesaid, this Writ Petition is disposed of by 2/4

directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey and complete the entire process within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs.
