ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025. 1/4
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
