By relying on a sale deed dated 07.03.1996 (Doc.No.370 of 1996), the petitioner asserts that she is entitled to a patta in respect of Survey Nos.11/9 (extent 58 cents), 11/10 (extent 67 cents), 15/7B (extent 1.66 acres), and 176/11 (extent 126 square meters). The petitioner seeks the early disposal of such appeal.

Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without making any observations on the merits, by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three
(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and any other party to such appeal. No costs.
