protection to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to discharge her duties as Headmistress of the Panchayat Union Primary School, Nayakkarpatti, Sankarankovil Taluk in Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
