PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the summon issued by the first respondent dated 22.05.2013 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinate officials from interfering with the civil disputes and pass further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.
