ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the I Additional District Court, Madurai, to dispose the A.S.No.49 of 2021 in O.S.No.59 of 2010 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the I Additional District Judge, has informed the Registrar (Judicial) vide proceedings in D.No. 1148 / 2025 dated 05.12.2025, submitting the year wise pendency of cases before the concerned Court. In the year 2021, there are 10 cases pending.

3. In view of the above report, the first appellate Court shall dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.49 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed. No costs.
