Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.484/A1/2024 dated 29.05.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner into service 1/4

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the subsistence allowance would be paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of his suspension till today and continue to pay the same till the completion of disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and there shall be a further direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from today. 2/4
