The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the encroachments made by the respondents 2 and 3 should be removed. 2.Since the respondents 2 and 3 have not filed any counter nor objected, the authority concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2009 as per law. Notice to be given to the respondents 2 and 3, if any action is contemplated.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
