This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 and 2 to release the petitioner's original sale https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ deed dated 24.02.2010 in Deed No.1334/2010, registered with the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the prayer of the petitioner is met with and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
