This petition has been filed seeking for a direction of writ of certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2482/A5/08, dated 05.01.2011, on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal. 2.Heard, Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, in view of certain orders of the Honourable Supreme Court of India and consequential orders have been passed by the Government of Tamil Nadu, and the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, no adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. 4.Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
