Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2208/A3/2013, dated 10.06.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Science) at Panchayat Union Middle School, Senbharamanallur, Naguneri Union within the period, stipulated by this Court.
