This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent not to issue patta to the respondents 2 and 3 in respect of the property in Survey No. 224/1 situated in Kalikkampatti village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his representation dated 25.06.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and after completion of enquiry, patta has been transferred in the name of one Vendy, son of Rajuthevar and hence, this petition may be closed.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same before the competent civil Court. No costs.
