At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned".
2. It is submitted that the petitioner filed a change of vakalat appointing Mr.K.Balasivasubramanian as counsel on record and that the said Mr.K.Balasivasubramanian appeared for the petitioner on 03.12.2025 when the writ petition was disposed of. However, the name of the earlier counsel, namely Mr.S.Rajeshkumar, has been wrongly mentioned in the order dated 03.12.2025. Hence, the name of the counsel for the petitioner has to be mentioned as "Mr.K.Balasivasubramanian" instead of "Mr.S.Rajeshkumar".

3. In view of the above and the change of vakalat filed by the petitioner, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 03.12.2025 and issue fresh order copy, if it has already been issued.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner's lands under S.No.62/2 situated at Velankulam Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's petition dated 25.08.2025 within the time fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted a petition dated 25.08.2025 to the respondents seeking to survey his lands in S.No.62/2. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be Page No. 6 of 8
considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that if any rival claims, the parties shall approach the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
