ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN, J.) The present writ petition has been filed challenging the biological father and community certificate of the fifth respondent. 2.The prayer sought for by the petitioner shows the height of irresponsible and egregious conduct of the petitioner. 3.The petitioner had made scurrilous and despise allegations against the fifth and sixth respondents, which this Court do not want to discuss, except to state that such allegations would only demonstrate the pervert mentality of the petitioner. Though it is captioned as Public Interest Litigation, this Court absolutely does not find any public interest in the present writ petition to go into the parentage of the private respondents.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader has invited the attention of this Court that, there were three writ petitions filed previously by various other persons on similar prayer in W.P.(MD)Nos. 30237 of 2014, 19403 of 2017 & W.P.(MD)No.SR 27679 of 2024. Inspite of knowing the above fact, filing of the present writ petitions would only demonstrate the intention of the petitioner to wreck out his personal vengeance.

5.It appears that the petitioner had already sent a complaint to the police and he did not pursue the same thereafter. We do not want to discuss anything more about the factual aspects as the same would absolutely a waste of judicial time. We would like to condemn the conduct of the petitioner as there is no public interest in the present writ petition.

6.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed by imposing costs of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the petitioner payable to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached 3/5

to this Bench within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
