PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take action forthwith against the 5th respondent on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 and the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Confl. No. 1891 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 as per the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules and conclude the same within a timeframe stipulated by this Court. 2. Mr.Azhagaesan, learned counsel for Mr.K.R.Laxman, who accepts notice for R1 states that the said complaint is under consideration 2/4

and will be disposed positively within eight weeks.

3. As this undertaking satisfies the petitioner, we record the same directing R1 to hear the petitioner as well as R5 and any others who may be relevant and dispose the complaint bearing No.284/2025 instituted on 26.05.2025, within a period of eight weeks from today, in accordance with law, and in the line with the extant Rules and Regulations.
