post of Vice-President and to nominate another person in the Petitioner's place in the meeting held on 28.6.2013 and to quash the same.

Prayer In W.P(MD)No.4981 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.UE.1/1461/2013, dated 21.2.2014 and to quash the same and further to direct the first respondent to grant cheque signing power to the Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petitions have become infructuous and has also made endorsements to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
