This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to take all appropriate measures to curb the discharge of Sewage Water and human waste from the public toilet existing in S.F.No.77/1 of Krishnarayapuram Village, Karur District into the land at S.F.No.77/7 & 77/8A of Krishnarayapuram Village, Karur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by

the learned counsel appearing for R1 that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the entire area in question is being maintained properly and two separate drainage tanks have been put up so as to curb the discharge of Sewage Water and human waste from the public toilet into the land bearing S.F.No.77/7 & 77/8A of Krishnarayapuram Village, Karur District.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
