ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to settle the retirement benefits which is due to him, along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

2. When the matter has been taken up for hearing today, it has been reported by the Counsel on either side that all the retirement benefits have been settled in the year 2013, except gratuity, which was also settled in the year 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Such being the case, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition, as nothing survives for further

adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
