ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the 6th respondent to stop the illegal construction made by the 7th respondent who without obtaining the proper building permission from the 6th respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 08.10.2025 within time limit that may stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent, on instructions, would submit that already notice has been issued to the 7th respondent to produce the documents and notice has also been issued directing him to stop the construction. Therefore, the relief claimed by the writ petitioner has already been addressed by the respondent concerned. 3/6

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 6th respondent to forthwith take steps to either stop further construction of the 7th respondent by putting a lock and seal by following due procedures or if the 7th respondent produces the necessary documents, thereafter, proceed to grant him necessary approval for construction.
