It is seen from the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition that the claim of the petitioner, seeking extension of period of license from 2011 to 2013, is not subsisting any more, in view of the fact that the very period for which he sought for extension got expired already. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
