ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 22.09.2016, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to serve a copy of the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the second respondent dated 05.08.2013 has already been served on the petitioner.

3.In such view of the matter, there is nothing survives to be adjudicated further in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. No costs.
