in between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 by considering her representation dated 21.06.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
