ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to expedite the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.452 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Theni.

2. In view of the limited order being passed in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed as early as in the year 2015 and a perusal of the 'B' diary extract would indicate that the suit has repeatedly adjourned only for the purpose to carry out necessary amendments to bring on record of the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, who is the plaintiff in the suit, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni to dispose the O.S.No.452 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Theni as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
