(1) the Seniority List dated 23.01.2009 of Primary School Headmasters of Kulithalai Union as on 01.01.2009 in so far as the placement of the fourth Respondent over and above the petitioner herein (2) panel dated Nil for promotion to the post of Middle School Headmaster as on 01.01.2009 as issued by the third Respondent and approved by the second respondent to the limited extent of the placement of the fourth respondent over and above the petitioner herein and to quash the same and to consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to place the petitioner above the fourth Respondent in the first impugned proceedings and to place the petitioner above the fourth respondent in the second impugned proceedings and to consequently promote the petitioner as Middle School Head Master with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of fourth respondent with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and the seniority has also been fixed in respect of the writ petitioner. 2.

In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
