Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to conduct the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint lodged before the respondent No.2 as per the Lalitha Kumari dictum by considering the representation dated 15.10.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint lodged before the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending in CSR No.189/2025 to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
