(Order of this Court was made by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-release of his terminal benefits by the first respondent/Bank, based on the plea that the issue of validity of the community certificate issued to the petitioner was in question and a finding was arrived at against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequently, through a judicial verdict, the matter was remitted back for consideration by the second respondent/Committee and it is only recently, vide order dated 20.03.2015, the petitioner has succeeded in establishing his status as a member of the Scheduled Tribe Community. A copy of this order has been produced in Court and handed over to the learned counsel for the first respondent/Bank.

3.In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the first respondent/Bank submits that the matter would be revisited and a decision, in accordance with law, would be taken within a maximum period of two months from today subject to the petitioner producing the Original Certificate 4.Petition is disposed of, in terms aforesaid.
