Prayer:To Condone the delay of 215 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the M.C.O.P.No. 357 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (The Additional Subordinate, Judge) Kumbakonam dated 11.12.2024.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Notice was ordered to the respondents on 30.10.2025. Respondents 1 and 2 are represented through their counsel. Notice sent to the third respondent has been returned with an endorsement 'left'. Hence, it is a deemed service. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed, however, we are inclined to impose a condition. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the appellant to pay cost of Rs.3,500/- (Rupees three thousand five hundred only) in favour of Madras High Court Madurai Bench Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association (Account No.496039124 - High Court Branch, Madurai) (IFSCIDIB000H040) within a period of one week from today. Subject to the said payment, the delay is condoned.
