Prayer in W.P(MD)No.288 of 2011:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.A7/2139/2008-2 dated 22.04.

2009 and consequential order in Na.Ka.A7/2139/08 dated 24.02.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to provide the petitioner administrative power of maintaining Bank accounts and other accounts of the Marakkathur Village Panchayat, Sivagangai District to the petitioner.
