JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4093 of 2023 in S.C.No.114 of 2023, dated 13.08.2025, on the file of the the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, cancelling the bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 18.11.2025), the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the appellant was arrested on 10.11.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appeal has become infructuous and that the appellant may be permitted to file an application for bail before the concerned Court. 2/4

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
