ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The petition has been filed seeking permission to issue summons to the first respondent through substituted service.
2. In the affidavit, it had been stated that notice sent had been returned stating that he had left. On enquiry, it came to knowledge that he was heavily indebted and therefore left the residence without informing anybody in the family.
3. Taking all these factors into consideration, the petition stands allowed. Permission is granted to effect publication in any one of the issue of 'Malaimalar' having circulation in Ramanathapuram District. The publication to be effected on or before 10.12.2025 for the hearing date 19.01.2026.
