To modify the condition 6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14489 of 2025 dt. 03.09.2025 and permit the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, Madurai, instead of the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14489 of 2025 dt. 03.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, daily twice, ie., at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
