The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.26217 of 2023 dated 09.11.2023, has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that as directed by this Court part amount, ie., Rs.5,00,000/- has been paid and the balance amount together with interest would be paid on or before 04.02.2026.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. In the event, if the undertaking given before this Court has been violated, it is open to the petitioner to restore this contempt petition.
