Group as per the notification made by the Tahsildar, Manamadurai in R.C.A-1/860/2007, dated 10.04.2007 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he produced a communication from the petitioner indicating that she is working in Vaethiyarenthal Village, Manamadurai, as Village Assistant and she requested the learned counsel to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.Based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
