This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent to forbear the Respondents 2 and 3 from conducting the tender and award of work pertaining to the Thai Scheme for the year 2013 -14 in the Vathirayyiruppu Village Union, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Virudhunagar District without following the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules 2000.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. If at all the respondents 1 to 3 want to proceed further in future, it should be only by following the provisions of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
