************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petition is filed by the tenant of the premises bearing door No.212 (Old No.153), South Masi Street, Madurai-625 001, directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to seal the premises belonging to the respondents 4 to 6.

2.There is no question of injuncting the Statuatory authority from taking action in accordance with law. Therefore, we do not find any reason for issuance of a writ of mandamus. 3.The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
