By relying on a settlement deed dated 31.12.2024 and patta No. 2463, the petitioner had applied for a survey of lands in survey Nos.93/3, 93/4 and 95/4. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated after issuing notice to the joint pattadar, Vijayalakshmi, who is the sister of the petitioner and to the owners of relevant adjacent lands.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no rival title claim. He, however, adds that owners of adjacent lands are raising objections.

4. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey by issuing notice to the pattadars in patta No.2463 and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, shall be considered 2/4
