This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents herein to get back the original educational certificates from the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ as directed by the order dated 12.06.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.2383 of 2013

in CMP No.7588 of 2012, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif Court, Thirumayam and to hand over the same to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
